RETURN and EXCHANGES

• If you have a return request due to any situation regarding the products you have purchased from our website, you must start the process within 14 days from the day you receive the product.

• If the return request is made in writing, the product must be delivered within 10 days after the notification is received by us.

• No exchanges/refunds will be made for purchases made during the campaign.

• Return shipments to be made with the contracted cargo company of our company will be covered by us. In case of sending with a different company, the payment is not covered by us.

• After you deliver the product to the cargo, you must share your cargo tracking number with us.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, as it was sent to you, closed, with the return section of the invoice filled and attached to the package, unused. Products that are not returned with their original packaging and whose salability are damaged will not be accepted. In order not to damage the products during cargo transportation, it should be ensured that the package is intact and closed.

• After the product is inspected, the refund process will be initiated within one week (7 working days).

• Polyconart is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return.
